Our 30,000 ft² factory it is located in Hermosillo, Sonora. Mexico. The distance is 165 miles away from Arizona.

• Do I need to have a Custom Broker?

No, we have a professional logistic team who takes care of all the paperwork, permits and arrangements with trucking carriers to ship directly to your door.

• Can you ship to different locations?

We can ship to any destination in the US and Mexico. Additional freight charges will apply in case the site has no dock/ forklift or is located in a residential area.

• Do you have an Engineering staff?

Yes, we have professional engineers involved in the design and manufacturing of your projects.

• Can I use my own fabrics?

Yes. We can use your own materials. We will provide you the work force, equipment and facilities to manufacture.

• Can you get the fabrics for me?

Absolutely! We are major distributors and we can supply you with the best brand names on industrial fabrics of your choice. Our large purchasing power allows us to give our customers the advantage of preferred pricing.

• How can I request a price list of your fabrics?

Please submit the Customers Application Form with the information and documents requested so we can email you our wholesale price lists.

• Do you have any price breaks for larger orders?

Yes. Pricing is based upon volume. We have price breaks on most of our products.

•What is your return policy?

We will definitely take back any product that is unsatisfactory. All returns must be authorized and will be credited when product is returned. All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
